Pipe lining restores and renews old, broken or corroded pipes to a “like new” condition without the need to remove or replace them. We are proud to offer NuFlow’s patented cured-in-placepipe (CIPP) restoration process to repair pipe from the inside. A thin resin liner is installed to the pipes interior to seal and protect the system from further deterioration, dramatically extending the life of piping system.
-
Pipe lining may be used to address a variety of pipe problems, including:
Corrosion
Cracks
Root intrusion
Recurring sewer backups
Leaks and infiltration
Deteriorated or aging pipe sections
Certain damaged or compromised joints
Every plumbing system is different. A camera inspection is typically required to determine whether pipe lining is an appropriate solution.
-
Step 1: Inspection and Diagnosis As a NuFlow Certified Contractor, we will inspect the existing pipes for any corrosion, roots, or cracks using a drain camera. Based on these results, we will recommend a plan for cleaning and lining if necessary.
Step 2: Cleaning Debris, roots and corrosion are removed from the pipes using specialized tools, restoring the pipe back to its original diameter.
Step 3: Pipe Lining An resin-saturated liner with an internal bladder is inserted through the pipe using existing access points in your plumbing system. Once in place, the bladder is inflated, pressing the resin against the pipe wall.
Step 4: Curing and Evaluation The resin is left to cure, and the bladder is removed, leaving behind a clean, strong and seamless “pipe within a pipe.” A final inspection is performed for quality assurance.

In many cases, pipe lining is a trenchless solution, meaning extensive excavation is not required.
Because the existing pipe can often be accessed through existing plumbing access points, pipe lining may significantly reduce the need to dig up floors, landscaping, driveways, or other finished areas.
The amount of access required depends on the condition, location, size, and configuration of the existing pipe.
-
The expected service life of a pipe lining system depends on several factors, including the existing pipe, installation conditions, pipe diameter, operating environment, and maintenance.
Rather than assuming the same lifespan for every installation, we evaluate the specific piping system and can explain the expected performance of the recommended lining solution.
-
Pipe lining can seal cracks and openings in the existing pipe that may allow roots to enter.
Before lining, existing roots must be removed and the pipe properly cleaned and prepared. Once the liner has cured, it creates a continuous barrier along the rehabilitated section.
A professional inspection is important to determine the extent of root intrusion and whether pipe lining is suitable.
-
No. Pipe lining is not suitable for every pipe or every situation.
The condition, diameter, material, configuration, accessibility, and amount of damage all need to be considered. Pipes with certain types of structural failure or severe collapse may require a different repair or replacement method.
A camera inspection allows us to determine whether pipe lining is appropriate for your system.
-
The cost of pipe lining varies depending on factors such as pipe diameter, length, accessibility, condition, cleaning requirements, and the complexity of the installation.
Because every piping system is different, we recommend an inspection before providing a detailed recommendation and estimate.
-
One of the main advantages of pipe lining is that it can reduce the need for excavation.
Traditional pipe replacement may require floors, walls, landscaping, concrete, or other finished surfaces to be opened to access the damaged pipe. Pipe lining can often be completed through existing access points, which may substantially reduce disruption.
The amount of work required depends on the individual installation.
-
Proper preparation and installation are important to the performance of a cured-in-place pipe system.
As a NuFlow Certified Contractor, we are trained to use NuFlow's pipe rehabilitation technology and follow the applicable installation process for the system.
We begin with an inspection of your existing pipe so we can determine whether lining is an appropriate solution before recommending the work.
-
Not necessarily.
Age alone does not mean a pipe needs to be excavated and replaced. The condition of the pipe, type of damage, location, accessibility, and overall plumbing system should all be evaluated.
A camera inspection can help determine whether the pipe can be rehabilitated through lining or whether another repair method is more appropriate.
-
The best way to determine whether pipe lining is appropriate is to start with a professional camera inspection.
We can evaluate the condition of the existing pipe, identify the cause of the problem, and explain the available repair options.
Have a damaged or aging pipe? Contact us to schedule an inspection and find out whether pipe lining can restore your existing plumbing system.

Pipe lining can provide a less disruptive alternative to conventional pipe replacement. Because the existing pipe generally does not need to be excavated and removed, the process can help minimize disruption to floors, walls, landscaping, driveways, and other finished areas.
Whether you're dealing with recurring backups, corrosion, roots, or cracks, a camera inspection can help determine whether pipe lining is a suitable solution for your plumbing system.
-
Getting started is simple. Contact us to schedule a pipe inspection. We’ll use a specialized drain camera to evaluate the condition of your existing pipes and identify issues such as corrosion, cracks, root intrusion, or other damage.
After the inspection, we’ll explain what we found and let you know whether pipe lining is a suitable solution for your plumbing system. If it is, we’ll provide you with the recommended next steps and an estimate for the work.
Ready to find out if your pipes can be repaired instead of replaced? Contact us today to schedule an inspection.
